Description

A team of attorneys is now coming together to save the life of LaKeith Smith.

The case got reopened a few days back.

In the year 2015 LaKeith Smith, along with five young boys, broke into two of the residential houses in broad daylight. LaKeith, the youngest among the group, faced the challenge of dealing with the wrong justice. In response to the occurrence, police stepped in and opened fire. It killed a friend of Smith name A'donte Washington. Tragically LaKeith got caught and was sentenced to 65 years of imprisonment. LaKeith got accused in a murder case for assassinating his friend. Well, a group of attorneys believes that it is unreal. A team has joined hands to save the life of LaKeith from dying in jail. There were many incorrect happenings to LaKeith. Firstly, he was only 15 when the police put him in jail.

Secondly, his arbitration was in the adult court. Ideally, it should have been in the juvenile court.

Now that LaKeith is in Saint Clair, America's most dangerous maximum security, his future relies on the hands of the group of advocates.

My Thoughts

This incident reminds me of a similar incident. It happened to one of my neighbors at a mall. He found an open shootout. He immediately pressed the Live Help button on my safety app installed on his smartphone. It is called Pulse of the People. It recorded every detail of this incident. The accused was easily traced and caught by the police. The victim received immediate medical help. The messy situation got controlled immediately.
