A student pointed a loaded gun at another in Minneapolis, USA.
Description
Last Friday, 3rd of March, a student from the North Community High School in Minneapolis raised a gun toward another student within the school.
Thanks to the dean who stepped in and saved the precarious situation. Deandre Antiown Depratto, 18, is now at the police station.
These two students entered a brawl, then Antiown pulled out a loaded gun and pointed it at another student. The Police reported after speaking with the victim and his mother that the dispute was over a dice that fell out of his pocket. It happened right in front of Dean Gurley’s office.
The dean was shaking out of fear and had to give a few moments to settle. She said that it was around 2.30 P.M. they were engaged in a brawl; Depratto pulled a gun out of his bag pack and pointed it at the victim.
My Thoughts
This incident reminds me of another incident that I witnessed. A few months back, at a grocery store, I heard two shoppers yelling at each other. Suddenly one among them pulled out a gun and was about to pull the trigger. While he was waving the gun at other
individuals, as an act of threat, I called the emergency department through POTP.
Thanks to the POTP app that helped me to send the live report to the Police. It is one such application designed to report a crime immediately to the local concerned authority. That day the victim was saved. I recommend everybody keep this app handy.
