14-year-old girl charged with murder!

A tragic incident occurred in Dallas, Texas, USA, dated Jan 15th, 2023, just after 2 p.m.
The police arrested a 14-year-old girl on a murder charge after allegedly shooting an 11-year-old boy.
According to the Dallas police, the shooting occurred at an apartment complex on Southern Oaks Boulevard. The preliminary investigation revealed that two teenage girls were involved in a fight; when one of them went to retrieve a gun and fired a shot at the other girl. But the bullet tragically struck an 11-year-old boy, identified as D’evan McFall, in the parking lot, as a bystander. He was deeply injured. On hospitalization, the doctors announced this victim was dead.
The girl who shot the gun fled but was later apprehended at a different apartment complex and taken into custody. The police have not yet clarified two questions about this case. How did this girl get this gun? And who is the owner of this gun?
Several eyewitnesses at the apartment complex reported that many children below the age of 11 were playing there when this incident took place. They even watched the crime happening from the parking lot.
When McFall fell, some of his friends rushed to try and stop the bleeding. They cried for help when the others witnesses rushed in. But the young boy could not be saved.
