Some witnesses at the scene saw the Naishi Police Station police vehicle hit the mother and the child from behind.

the hospital, he left without uttering a word, leaving them to struggle with the medical process.
No one is above law and order. According to Njoro Sub County Police Commander Isaac Odumbe, the incident is under investigation as a negligent act. He ensured that the victims involved in this tragedy should get justice for this.
