Selwyn Foye was 46 years old and died after multiple gunshots. South-Central Division Police are investigating the scenarios of the bypass road between Evesham and Collins. The exact motive for the killing is unclear, but his death in St. Vincent marks the first gun-related death of 2023. The post-mortem study will reveal Selwyn Foye's cause of death. A man called Sage John was reported dead in another area the same day. He was shot dead after midnight by a lawman in the Edinboro neighborhood.
