The molestation of a minor girl. A shame for the nation!
Description
The incident happened on April 8, 2022, in the Nadia area of West Bengal, India. A 14-year-old minor girl got raped at a birthday party hosted by a top-notch of that village.
The girl went there on an invitation. She was not willing to consume alcohol. But forcibly, she got drunk there. After being drunk, she got raped. Later an unidentified man and a woman dropped her home. She was subconscious at that time.
Her family member took her to the hospital. She could not survive due to immense pain and trauma. The next day, the doctors present in the hospital announced her death.
The victim’s father reported the incident to the Nadia district Childline Police on Saturday, April 11, 2022. According to his report, he was threatened by the Village Council member’s son, Sohel, asking him to withdraw his complaint.
Police caught the accused the following Sunday for the rape of that minor girl. The Village Council member Samar and his family are still untraced.
