Two men shot at Arima mini-mart.
Description
A gunshot fire at the business place last Tuesday, April 4th, kept everyone present there numb. Thirty-two people got hurt in that business area & forty-eight were at the mini-mart during the gunshot. It was around 7 am when the incident happened. Based on the witness report, two masked men entered the business place and shot these two several times. And both of them got into a black car and drove off. Two of the victims there were severely injured. The locals and the passers-by took the wounded men to the hospital. While both are in stable condition, the situation was indeed grave. The police and the concerned authority have engaged forced to do further investigation into this notorious incident. Hopefully, the culprits will be behind the bar soon.
My Thoughts
A similar incident happened a few months back when I was shopping for groceries at the nearest mall. Things were as usual until two men started the open fire, and they both locked the gate and held all the people, hostage. I pulled up my phone from my pocket and did a voice record of the ambiance through the POTP application. This application has various ways to communicate with the admin and let them know you are in danger and need help. In this emergency, this voice recording feature worked brilliantly for all of us.
