Wife killed and dismembered by husband!

get start

Description

Brian Walshe, 47, was arraigned on charges of murder and disinterring a body without authority on Wednesday, 01/18/2023, at Cohasset, Massachusetts, USA. Prosecutors allege that Brian Walshe killed and dismembered his wife, Ana Walshe, 39. He also disposed of her remains in dumpsters because he wanted to end their marriage. The prosecutors definitively stated that Ana Walshe was dead, but they did not confirm whether they had found her remains.

The prosecutor, Lynn Beland, laid out some evidence that led to the charges in court. That evidence includes the discovery of Ana Walshe’s belongings and blood in the garbage. It also includes Brian Walshe’s Google searches about dismemberment and disposal of dead bodies. Surveillance video captured Brian Walshe tossing heavy bags into dumpsters in Abington and Swampscott.

Even the cell phone data showed he visited a dumpster near his mother’s home in Swampscott. After disposing of the bags in the Abington dump box, he destroyed them as soon as he found that the Cops were locating him. However, the Police were able to discover the trash bags dumped in Swampscott from a collection site at Peabody. It contained blood stains, cleaning equipment, a hacksaw, a hatchet, boots, and a Prada purse carried by Ana Walshe and her Covid-19 vaccination card. Investigators have also alleged that Brian lied about his mother’s errands and bought $450 worth of cleaning supplies, mop, buckets, and tarps from a Home Depot on January 2nd, 2023. The state crime lab tested some of the bloody items in the bags and found DNA from Ana and Brian Walshe. Brian Walshe has been in jail since January 8th, when he was arrested and charged with misleading investigators searching for his wife. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. His defense attorney Tracy Miner suggested the evidence was not strong. His next court date is on February 9th.

His three kids, between the age of 2 and 6, are with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.

My Thoughts

Anger can turn a person into an animal. This kind of action is never acceptable. The Legislative system of any country should act very strictly against the offender of this crime.

When Brian was dumping his trashbags into the dump box, Safety Apps like Pulse of the People should have been used by any viewer nearby. It should have sent an alert to the Monitoring Unit by pressing a button within three seconds.

Such prompt action is needed to combat such crimes. Otherwise, the reason for such a crime is often not revealed.
